Position Summary

We are looking for a Computer Hardware Repair Technicians to work in our facility to assist us in our effort to bring laptops and other devices to the hands of students across North America. The Computer Hardware Technician responsibilities include analyzing and ultimately re-certifying computers, ensuring personal data is wiped from HDD’s and performing detailed analysis of the systems they are working on.

**Responsibilities**
- Auditing functionality and cosmetics of computers received
- Determining viability of computers, refurbish quality, or salvage
- Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels
- Removal of key components of computers, HDD, GPU, Memory, etc.
- Data entry via PC and RF handheld devices, as needed
- Re-imaging computers with custom and default images
- Custom building PCs/Laptops to customer orders
- Perform tasks in a high speed, high volume environment
- Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals

**Education & Skill Requirements**
- Proven experience working with computer hardware
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately add/remove components within a PC/Laptop/Server
- Ability to effectively communicate with teammates and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus
- Flexibility to work over time and Saturday as needed
- A+ certification is a strong asset

**Shift Options**

Morning - Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Afternoon - Monday to Friday 4:15 PM-1:15 AM
