About This Role
This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.
Internship dates: September 2nd to December 19th 2025
You will have the chance to interact with different departments within CAE, from production to engineering.
The Global Technical Training team delivers both in-class and remote theory sessions, practical maintenance exercises on real equipment and e-Learning modules on CAE's fleet of simulators.
The role we offer:
- Armed with your knowledge, you'll be called upon to join the training material developer in expanding the e-learning offering by module. You will have the autonomy to develop modules yourself based on existing maintenance material.- Faced with advances in technology, you will participate in and contribute to the development of training material to be used by trainers, in conjunction with key players in the various design and assembly phases (engineering, production, project management, etc.).- In this way, you will become part of a dynamic team of experienced employees committed to providing a pleasant and rewarding experience for all our customers.- Excellent knowledge sharing skills.- A quick learner in a variety of technological and architectural contexts.- Interested in the technical field and training.- Enjoys challenges and is looking for non-routine work.- Strong interest in aviation and flight simulation.- Knowledge of Articulate 360 software or an e-learning platform would be an asset.
Preferred Education:
University studies in a technical field such as engineering or computer science.
Location of the internship is in Montreal
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode
- All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
- _Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks._
