Flight Simulator/Ground School Instructor Full-Time

- We have multiple Full-Time Instructor Pilot positions for Bombardier Business Jet Platform positions at our Montreal Training Centre.

- The role we are offering you:

- CAE is seeking experienced pilots that thrive on coaching others, focused on building customer relationships, and enjoys working with a diverse team.
- Passionate about instructing
- Must have an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) for airplanes
- Must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
- Must have minimum of 1500 multi Crew Experience
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Business Aviation experience is an asset
- Must be available to work irregular hours (weekends and evenings and early mornings)
- The proven ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken, written)
- A professional character with the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environment
- Commitment to the customer - providing continuous “red carpet” customer service
- The capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
- A keen eye for detail - must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and according to all authority requirements
- Bilingual preferred (English & French)
- Proficient computer proficiency - Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs

- Nous avons plusieurs postes d'instructeur de simulation à temps plein pour les postes de la plateforme Bombardier Business Jet à notre centre de formation de Montréal.

- CAE est à la recherche de pilotes chevronnés qui aiment agir à titre de mentors, qui accordent de l’importance à la gestion des relations avec les clients, et qui aiment travailler avec diverses équipes.
- Avoir la passion d’enseigner
- Détenir une licence de pilote de ligne
- Détenir un minimum de 1500 heures d’expérience sur un avion avec équipage mínimal de 2 pilotes.
- Doit être en mesure d'obtenir FAA ATP (nécessite un certificat médical de catégorie 1 pour la délivrance initiale)
- Une expérience en aviation d'affaires est un atout
- Doit être disponible pour travailler des heures irrégulières (week-ends et soirs et tôt le matin)
- Dois être autorisé à vivre et à travailler au Canada.
- Dois être en mesure de communiquer de façon efficace en anglais
- Connaissances de base en informatique : Microsoft Office et autres programmes sur internet.
- Une véritable attitude professionnelle et la capacité de créer un environnement d’apprentissage accueillant et favorisant le succès.
