We are seeking a dedicated **Bilingual ESL-Certified Professional** to join our team on an independent contractual basis. The role involves teaching both online and in-person classroom sessions using pre-developed materials through D2L Brightspace. In addition to lesson delivery, the teacher will provide support to learners and foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver ESL lessons online and in-person using D2L content.
- Facilitate interactive learning and support student engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and track learner progress.
- Leverage bilingual skills to support learners in both English and a second language.
- Maintain professionalism and reliability as an independent contractor.

**Requirements**:

- ESL Certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English and second language.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, translation, or other bilingual roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and remote communication platforms.

**Terms**
- Contract-based position (independent contractor status).
- Flexible scheduling; hours depend on class demand.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2A 5P1
