CRMta - CRMta Administrator

The Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) is a professional association for RMTs in Alberta. The CRMTA was established in the province for the purposes of maintaining and improving the professional standards of practice for the massage therapy industry.

This position has primary responsibility for as answering membership inquiries, educating and advising RMT’s and members via phone and in person on the benefits of becoming a member and membership responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to membership inquiries
- Promote association courses and conferences, and sell memberships
- Educate and advise RMTs and members about the benefits of becoming a member and their membership responsibilities via phone
- Present information to members and potential members through classroom settings or one-on-one interactions (in-person and via phone)
- Maintain accurate data records through data entry and upkeep

**Education and Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 years of administrative/office experience
- Consideration will be given to graduates from an accredited Massage Therapy school who hold a Massage Therapy License (RMT)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of database systems and MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thought process
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
