**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial facilities, including houses, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are safe and functional.
- Handle heavy lifting when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous residential cleaning experience or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
