**About the Role**:
Bridge Facility Services is hiring a **Mobile Building Operations Supervisor** to oversee and support daily operations across a portfolio of retail shopping centres located in **Cloverdale, Squamish, and Aldergrove**.

This full-time role is ideal for a seasoned building operator or facility supervisor with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. You’ll act as the point person for site staff, support property managers, and help coordinate maintenance and capital projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support on-site Building Operators at various retail sites
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure consistent site standards
- Assist with capital planning and project coordination
- Act as liaison between site teams and property management
- Oversee vendor work, confirm scope, and ensure timely completion
- Respond to urgent needs or gaps in coverage with limited hands-on support
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions
- Maintain documentation, logs, and reports for site activity

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in commercial building operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- **Must have a reliable vehicle, valid BC driver’s license, and active insurance**:

- Technical certification (Power Engineering, BOMI, or similar) is a strong asset

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
