Position: Permanent Full-Time Industrial Automation Sales/Marketing Representative
Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 (Salary)

Job Description: This position is responsible for the sale of industrial, electrical,
customer relationship management, this position will also seek to maintain and grow
our client list and establish our brand. Reports to CFO/President.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Frequent travel within Saskatchewan to conduct meetings with clients and
prospective clients.
- Proactively approach decision makers/end users within prospective companies to
inform and educate on Cynertia’s Industrial Electrical and Automation capabilities.
- Maintain client records, including possible sales opportunities, while keeping open
communication with all project leaders on current projects.
- Determine customer needs and develop quotes/contracts/proposals/bids, etc. using
strong negotiation skills to close and follow through with agreed business.
- Customer follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and initiate corrective action if
required and approved by management.
- Develop and execute marketing plans, advertising, and social media presence to
establish our brand and ensure continued profit growth and expansion of company
portfolio.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree from accredited university or technical college in one or more of the following
fields: electrical, engineering, automation, business, finance & marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within Industrial Automation; including
experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, etc.
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software would be
considered an asset.
- Combined experience and training of 5+ years in Industrial Automation will also be
considered. Strong work ethic, past proven success in sales growth, experience in
client relationship building, ability to work as a team and/or independently with a
commitment to excellence.

studies, followed by detailed design, manufacturing, procurement, integration, training,
and commissioning for new builds and retrofits.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
