**The Opportunity**:
Are you a person with a passion for manufacturing and leading people? You may be the person we are searching for We are currently seeking an Encapsulating Operator, Lead Hand to work at one of our Lower Mainland facilities. An Encapsulating Operator, Lead Hand assists the supervisor on a daily basis, ensures the daily Encapsulation schedule is executed as expected, provides on-site training to Encapsulation operators and monitors the training progress and feedback.

**In this role you will**:

- Work Monday to Friday, 2:15pm - 10:30pm
- Operate any encapsulation machines within a team environment, understand production priorities, scheduling and direct the team to accomplish a safe and productive shift
- Work with the crew, set the pace and train than in administrative activities that will be handled by Supervisor.
- Check and sign manufacturing documents after encapsulation is completed and forward them to Manufacturing Supervisor
- Assist Supervisor in doing quarterly and annually review on workers and report any worker’s performance concern to Supervisor.
- Strictly adhere and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions

**You have**:

- At least 2 years encapsulation manufacturing experience
- Mechanically inclined for machinery maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Proven supervisory, motivation and coaching skills
