Calgary, Canada Alloy Mechanical Contracting Full time

Are you reliable, organized and willing to jump on the tools if need be?

Alloy Mechanical Contracting is looking for a Field Manager to join our company. We are a small company with lots of opportunities for you to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple crews, sites and sub-trades over all projects
- Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, site foreperson's and sub-trades
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and scope of work with the expectation to communicate clearly to the foreman and sub-trades
- Experience managing complex mechanical projects
- Experience in both commercial and multi-family residential
- Layout of systems based on architectural and mechanical drawings
- Opportunity to work side-by-side with the owner of the company
- Work with site foreperson to plan, schedule and execute a project from start to finish in an efficient manner including finding and solving design conflicts
- Maintain a high degree of quality assurance
- Promote safe work environments. Enforce safety protocols as needed, such as proper wear of personal protective equipment.
- Conduct diligent site inspections to monitor timely progress, verify quality of work, address deficiencies and ensure code compliance
- Ensure foreman maintains diligent project documentation
- Bring forward to owner the industry best practices and new methods or technologies
- Provide accurate updates to owner

- Communicate effectively to upper management, general contractors and sub-trades
- Is comfortable at solving problems
- Reliable, Trustworthy and Responsible
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing and able to work overtime if needed
- Willing and able to work weekends if needed

**Job Types**:

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
