Bilingual Lease Analyst, Portfolio Administration
**Job Description Summary**

Under limited supervision, perform leased property administration maintaining accurate data in client’s database, produce reports, review and reconcile payment transactions to Landlords, maintain strong client and landlord relationship and communications

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- General:

- Fosters excellent relationships with client and landlords
- Engages in verbal and written communications with client and landlord as part of day-to-day responsibilities
- Generate standardized and ad hoc reporting
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of reports and client submittals
- Lease Administration:

- Maintains database ensuring all data is accurately classified, approved and processed
- Conducts final data integrity review of lease abstracts
- Notifies client of critical lease action dates
- Verifies Landlord invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Ensures accuracy of rental payments and other reimbursements to Landlords
- Reviews and processes Estoppel Certificates
- Ensures timely entry of all data and submission of reports
- Maintains working lease files ensuring all files are updated and complete and following corporate standards for records retention

**Education/Qualifications**:

- University or college degree required; real estate, accounting or finance degree desirable
- 3 - 5 Years of lease administration or lease accounting experience
- Written and verbal fluency in English and French
- Good understanding of financial concepts required
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, with experience in one or more real estate portfolio management software systems

**Description du poste**

Sous une supervision mínimale, assurer la gestion des propriétés louées en tenant à jour des données exactes dans la base de données des clients, produire des rapports, examiner et rapprocher les opérations de paiement aux propriétaires et entretenir de solides relations et communications avec les clients et les propriétaires.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Généralités:

- Favoriser d’excellentes relations avec les clients et les propriétaires.
- Communiquer verbalement et par écrit avec les clients et les propriétaires dans le cadre des responsabilités quotidiennes.
- Produire des rapports normalisés et ponctuels.
- Examiner les rapports et les demandes des clients et s’assurer de leur exactitude.
- Administration des baux:

- Tenir à jour la base de données en veillant à ce que toutes les données soient classées, approuvées et traitées avec exactitude.
- Effectuer l’examen final de l’intégrité des données des résumés des baux.
- Informer les clients des dates critiques des mesures à prendre pour la location.
- Vérifier les factures du propriétaire pour s’assurer que les paiements sont exacts et effectués en temps opportun.
- Assurer l’exactitude des paiements de location et des autres remboursements aux propriétaires.
- Examiner et traiter les certificats de préclusion.
- Assurer la saisie de toutes les données et la soumission des rapports en temps opportun.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des baux courants en s’assurant que tous les dossiers sont mis à jour et complets et qu’ils respectent les normes de l’entreprise en matière de conservation des dossiers.

**Études et qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial requis; diplôme en immobilier, en comptabilité ou en finance souhaitable.
- De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration des baux ou en comptabilité de location.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Bonne compréhension des concepts financiers requis.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et expérience avec au moins un logiciel de gestion de portefeuille immobilier.
