**Job Description**:
Comme Directeur-adjoint vous occupez un rôle important dans la réalisation des activités opérationnelles de la gestion des dossiers d'invalidité de nos clients en assurance collective. En plus de la gestion des opérations quotidiennes, vous intervenez directement dans l'évaluation du rendement des employés à votre charge ainsi que le recrutement de nouvelles ressources. Le Directeur-adjoint est reconnu pour son leadership axé sur l’entraide et le coaching.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:

- Planifier, diriger, coordonner et contrôler le travail des employés sous sa responsabilité.
- Évaluer périodiquement les résultats et les performances des membres de son équipe en fonction des objectifs établis.
- Identifier les besoins de formation afin de développer les compétences des employés. Maintenir un haut niveau d’engagement des employés en les motivant et en les supportant à travers les changements.
- Effectuer l’analyse des indicateurs de performance pour orienter les opérations vers les objectifs fixés par la direction.
- Participer au développement des méthodes de travail afin d’optimiser les résultats, les performances de la direction et la synergie inter-équipe.
- Suggérer à son supérieur des moyens d’améliorer l’efficacité et la rentabilité des opérations dont il est responsable.
- Collaborer avec le directeur à l’identification et à l’implantation des normes de qualité et de productivité requises.

Vos talents et qualifications
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire dans une discipline appropriée.
- Posséder de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience en assurance ou dans un domaine pertinent
- Posséder des aptitudes pour la gestion de personnel.
- Détenir une certification LOMA (Associé ou Fellow) (atout).
- Démontrer des habiletés de « coach » et de « leader ».
- Bilinguisme : français et anglais
- Faire preuve de collaboration et d'ouverture d'esprit
