As Executive Assistant, you will act as a partner and strategic ally to the Executive Vice-President and Co-Head in carrying out various tasks, so as to optimize his time and facilitate the achievement business line objectives. You will join a team of six assistants and coordinators who work with a group of professionals working in the financial markets sector with corporate clients.

**Your role**:

- Coordinate internal/committee meetings, documents and follow up on action items.
- Interact confidentially with external clients, various Bank departments, and internal members on numerous department-related files.
- Write, translate, or revise internal and external communications.
- Provide support for philanthropic involvement; help with solicitation and deadline follow-ups
- Coordinate approvals for requests for donations, sponsorships and events (Quebec only).
- Coordinate travel/business trips; prepare expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Work in collaboration with the administrative team in improving the administrative functioning of the service and the development of internal procedures and processes.
- Coordinate activities related to employee hiring and departure processes (IT and HR requests).
- Participate in special projects when required.

The position reports to the Executive Vice-President and Co-Head of Corporate and Investment Banking.

**Competencies required**:

- Completed three-year college or professional diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and five years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English is mandatory to interact with clients/colleagues outside of Quebec
