UCSH is looking for a full time **Junior Accounting Analyst** position. This is an on-site position in our Markham location.

**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**

Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:

- Set up Project Accounting and Contract in Microsoft Great Plains ERP systems.
- Complete monthly progress billings and reconciliations.
- Conduct revenue recognition analysis on large construction contracts.
- Conduct gross margin analysis and comparisons to budgets.
- Submission of construction industry statutory declarations.
- Perform account receivable duties, collections and month end close.
- Bank Reconciliations and process journal entries.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and maintain audit schedules (Revenue and Receivables).
- Work closely with project mangers’ and sales team.
- Other duties as assigned

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance program
- Enrolled in CPA program
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in ERP system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Results oriented with ability to multitask
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work as a team and independently
