Kelowna, Canada Bird Nason Contracting Group Full time

**Location**: Kelowna, BC

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

**Benefits and RRSP Provided** as per Collective Agreement
- Direct traffic through construction zones using hand signals or a Stop/Slow paddle
- Communicate with construction crews and the public to provide traffic control updates
- Follow traffic control plans
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines established by the company and regulatory authorities
- Ensure the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and workers on site
- Set-up and tear down of barricades and signs
- Assist in daily safety meetings

**Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Flagger is required
- Valid Traffic Control Person (TCP) certificate
- CSTS-20
- WHMIS 2015
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
