**This full-time position is located In Guelph, Ontario to service local and the Surrounding areas.**

The Working Field Forman will be responsible for the onsite direction of the team, including vibratory plow, directional drillers/locators, HydroVac truck and laborer's.

Duties and Requirements:

- Strong work Ethic, Team player and Motivator
- Min 3 years experience working with in similar roll (Telecommunications / Utilities)
- Ensure that all Health and Safety Process and Procedures are followed
- Maintain/organize all site equipment
- Able to read and interpret drawings and direct team in the safest and most cost effective way to complete the job
- Plan work in advance to alleviate any issues that may delay our abilities to complete all task as safety, efficiently and cost effectively as possible
- Previous experience leading a team
- Must be able to safely lift loads of at least 50lbs.
- Must have a clean driver’s and CVOR abstract (Class DZ and AZ would be an asset)
- Will work in all weather conditions all year round
- Union position with LiUNA Local 183.
- Must be willing to work overtime, paid according to the Collective Agreement.
- All other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
