- Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM
- 4:30 PM
- Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM
- 2:30AM
- Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM
- 7:00 PM Compensation:$20.00
- $26.00 depending on experience and certifications About Red River Mega Coats Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, coverage, and adherence to quality standards. Make necessary touch-ups and corrections.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean spray equipment, booths, and other tools, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE to maintain a safe working environment.
- Record Keeping: Complete job cards, track materials used, and report issues or delays to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members and departments to meet project deadlines and customer expectations. Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial painting experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with paint systems, surface prep techniques, and safety protocols in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on producing high-quality finishes with consistent results.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Certifications: Red Seal Endorsement, NACE, or other certifications would be a significant asset.
