Primemax Energy, located in Ayr, Ontario, is a market leader in bulk liquid transportation as well as wholesale and retail propane sales and marketing. We have an immediate opening in our operations department for a residential/small commercial dispatcher to assist with our growing propane business. This position operates in partnership with our existing dispatch team.

**Position Requirements**:
Coordinate and plan with dispatch team routes for residential and small commercial clients

Effectively communicate specific dispatch requirements and procedures to drivers

Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Generate operational reports as required

Manage the utilization of fleet and monitor driver hours

**Qualifications**:
3 to 5 years dispatch experience preferably in a residential propane setting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage fast-paced work environment

Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Intermediate knowledge with MS Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
