**Job Location**: Based at 242144 112 St, De Winton AB, T0L 0X0, but required to work in various locations in Calgary and the surrounding area (Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Cochrane)
**Wage**: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
**Employment terms and conditions**: Seasonal Employment; Full time (55 hours per week); Overtime; Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm; and every other Saturday. Hours may vary depending on weather.

**Job requirements**:
**Language**:English
**Education**: No education is required
**Experience**:2 years of related experience
**Worksite environment**:Outdoor, wet noisy, and dusty, hot
**Work setting**: Construction sites in Urban and Rural Areas, Playgrounds, Parks, Sports Fields etc.
**Own tools/equipment**: Steel-toed safety boots
**Work conditions**:Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, tight deadlines, variable weather conditions
**Physical Capabilities**: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
**Personal Suitability**: Dependability, reliability, efficient, interpersonal skills, organized, team-player

**Duties**:

- Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
- Plant and move trees, shrubs and ornamental grasses
- Water plants, lawns and/or gardens
- Plan and construct landscaped environments which may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios and other landscape structures
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Assist with landscape construction
- Install pavers and retaining walls
- Assist heavy equipment operators
- Lay sod and spread seed
- Weed shrub beds
- Turf care including lawn cutting, trimming and edging
