We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Masters Swim Coach on a contract position to lead our small, boutique-style adult swim group. With typically no more than 5 swimmers per session, this is a unique opportunity to provide personalized coaching in a supportive, community-focused environment. Classes will run from September to June, every Tuesday and Thursday 7pm-8pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and lead engaging, technique-focused swim workouts tailored to a range of adult swimmers, from fitness enthusiasts to former competitive swimmers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all participants feel motivated and supported.
- Provide stroke correction, training advice, and performance feedback as appropriate.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all participants.

**Qualifications**
- At least one (1) year of previous coaching or competitive swimming experience required
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, encouraging demeanor
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm-8pm for classes

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
