**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Define and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry innovations and the competitive landscape to keep SAM Controls at the forefront of the industry.

**Operational Management**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of computing services to clients.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence, prioritizing quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

**Financial Management**:

- Oversee the development and management of the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Explore revenue growth opportunities while ensuring profitability and cost control.

**Business Development & Partnerships**:

- Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
- Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies that promote the company’s offerings.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Provide decisive and inspiring leadership to the executive team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent to ensure the right skillsets are in place to achieve company goals.
- Encourage continuous professional development and promote a learning-oriented organization.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and board members.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and other key events.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience within the computing services or technology industry.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of the computing services industry, with a keen understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
- Robust financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing profit & loss.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, AzureDevOPs, and Jira.
- Expertise in Microsoft.NET Platform, SQL, and software development principles.

**Additional Information**:

- **Start Date**: ASAP
- **Position Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

- **Travel**: Limited overnight travel as required
- **Vacation**: As per company policy

Pay: $123,000.00-$124,000.00 per year
