Position OverviewThe Vice President, Finance & Digital Transformation, is responsible for leading and integrating the Finance, HR/Talent, and IT functions at AES. This role will modernize core systems and processes, implement high-frequency, data-driven reporting, and build a high-performing team to support scalable, profitable growth. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the Executive Team.
