Accounts Payable/payroll Administrator

Drayton Valley, Canada CFI Energy Services Corp. Full time

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process bi-weekly company payroll, including reconciling timesheets, calculating employee taxable benefits, account coding for payroll related invoices, process termination pays including final pays and ROES; balance reports and issue T4’s at year end
- Administer company benefit plan and RSP program
- Submit tax remittances including source deductions, GST and corporate taxes
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting, investigate account fluctuations, GL reconciliations and make accounting entries, as needed
- Manage high volume of invoices for approval and payment, includes handling the Accounts Payable inbox, which is the main contact point for internal and external A/P inquiries
- Communicating with vendors and associates regarding vendor account queries
- Execution of weekly payment runs (EFT/ACH, cheques) as well as monthly full payment runs
- Verifying and posting expense/credit card reports
- Prepare and maintain all working papers for year end

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Sage, Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and personal skills
- Knowledge of administrative and accounting processes

Wage dependent on experience.
