Ricochet Oil Corp is a privately owned Oil & Gas Producer with field operations based in the Drayton Valley Area. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in the full-time role of Accounts Payable Administrator. This position is based out of our Drayton Valley office and will include day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions and other applicable administrative duties. This is a full-time employee position reporting to the Vice-President, Operations.

**Position Responsibilities and Duties**
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcilie corporate credit cards monthly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable activities.
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts.
- Prepare invoice batches for data entry.
- Handle material transfer forms, including updating costs, verifying accuracy, and uploading documents for processing.
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounts payable position.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with the Pandell accounting software is an asset but not required.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and typing.
- Ability to multi-task and work within and adhere to deadlines.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas sector is preferred.
