**About Us**

Health First Chiropractic & Physiotherapy is a collaborative clinic offering Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Home Exercise programs.
We are hiring two part-time **Patient Care Coordinators** to support our growing front desk team.

**Role Overview**

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, communication, documentation, and daily clinic flow.
Your role ensures schedules stay full, new patients are ready before their visit, and the care team runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Confirm, reschedule, and complete recall calls for missed visits
- Greet patients and confirm next appointment before checkout
- Prepare new patient files and verify insurance information
- Upload documents and prepare daily billing reports
- Set up direct billing
- Maintain an organized front desk; complete opening/closing procedures
- Clear all follow-ups and communication logs daily

**Requirements**:

- Warm, professional, detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- 1-2 years experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, or medical office preferred
- Proficient with scheduling/CRM software
- Accurate data entry and confidentiality compliance
- Reliable and punctual in a fast-paced environment

**Schedule**
- Part-time (up to 24 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday only (no weekends)
- Must be available for both morning and evening shifts
- Rotating schedule based on clinic needs
