**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers & Microwaves.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Use electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and identify issues with appliances.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in the repair process.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or part replacements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about appliance maintenance.
- Routing your day and informing customers of arrival windows
- Looking up parts from different manufactures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Compressor/Sealed System experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge to disassemble and reassemble appliances accurately.

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve appliance issues.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet repair deadlines.
- Valid Drivers License
- Be willing to complete background check if needed

$2000 signing bonus for experienced technician
$300/year tool allowance

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
