**Description**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and tendering phase of the sales process. Provide support with the integration of batter energy storage systems and other microgrid assets into power systems.
- ** Diagnostic studies**:Performs analytic, diagnostic, and economical feasibility studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
- ** Presentations**:Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
- Promote and present products, system and services
- Deep knowledge and continued learning of battery energy storage technology and applicable market drivers
- Support conferences as needed
- Stay informed of various industry standards surrounding energy storage such as NFPA 855 and UL9540
- Knowledge of power system and applicable standards.
- Conduct webinars on solution offerings
- Understand customer needs and work with the Operating Unit Bid & Proposals team to determine the most ideal customer solution.
- Ensure the technical aspect of bids are professional are targeted, concise and successful with the aim of driving continuous improvements.
- Participate in the Risk Review process and Risk review meetings when applicable
- Collaborate with colleagues and pears in Grid Edge Solutions Units around the globe to establish best practices in the MicroGrid sales process
- Foster Teamwork
- Drive and desire for continued learning of new and emerging technologies applicable to Grid Edge Solution market.
