**Job Description**:
**Hourly wage from $17.85/h**
**Permanent, full-time position**
**Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, Saturday half-day**

Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, the Customer Service Agent is the direct link between our customers and the company. As an agent, you will have the pleasure of:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers seeking information on the prices and operation of our various sites.
- Guide clients to the website.
- Listen, understand and resolve client needs.
- Effectively communicate and respond to written and verbal questions and comments.
- Creating and maintaining record of daily issues and actions taken using the tools provided.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Suite Products (word, excel etc.)
- Ability to comply with call center procedures and standards
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Reliability, diligence and punctuality
