As a **Medical Device Sales Representative (Orthopaedic)**, you will join our team in **Vancouver**, BC** representing Tribe Medical Group. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales in your assigned territory, ensuring surgeons and healthcare professionals achieve optimal patient outcomes by showcasing and maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading **orthopaedic portfolio.** You will consult with surgeons regarding the use of Arthrex products and procedures in the operating room, ensuring every procedure is supported with the highest level of expertise and care. Operating with the utmost professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity that best represents Tribe’s values, you will also engage in continuous medical education programs to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field.

**Important Facts**
- This role will be overseen by the **Regional Sales Leader** and work day-to-day with the **Territory Manager**.
- This role is based out of** Vancouver, BC** - Preference will be given to those local to the area.
- Salary Range**:$65,000 - $75,000 CAD** with eligibility for commission & bonus, in addition to monthly allowance + paid travel and accommodations.
- This is a replacement position.

This role does not require much lifting but occasionally when required, you may be required to lift various office supplies of up to 50lbs.

- Previous sales experience is an asset; however, Tribe provides a comprehensive training program that is unique to the medical device industry in Canada, entailing a 6 month curriculum that will prepare you to be an expert on Arthrex’s devices, orthopaedic surgical techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or post-secondary education is required. Preferred background in Kinesiology, BioMedical, or a focus on orthopaedic would be considered an asset. Anything related to the human anatomy would also be preferred.
- Background in competitive sports or sports medicine is preferred and considered an asset.
- Ability to travel outside of the province for Medical Education labs is required.
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments. Previous knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures is preferred and considered an asset.
- Ability to travel to the US is required as you will periodically travel to and from Arthrex’s headquarters in Naples, FL with customers and for training programs.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Valid provincial Driver's license is required with access to a reliable mode of transportation.
- Physical ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and is comfortable working in a health care environment.
