Turtle Bay Pools is looking to hire a new office admin / social media person.

Some duties may include:

- Quickbooks - entering bills, invoicing customers etc,
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Preparing quotes, ordering materials
- Answering phones, filing etc
- WSIB, payables, payroll processing
- Liaison with clients to take photos of completed jobs
- Posting on Instagram and responding to inquiries

This is a new position and we are flexible with different options, there is opportunity to make this position part time or full time; willing to work with / train the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
