**Primary duties**:

- Daily insurance policy monitoring and analysis using Power Broker associated to various CSR, TSR or Producer(s).
- Track all work effort and completions based on industry best practices as well as meet set internal SLA’s.
- Help conduct regular audits on all Oracle RMS branches.
- On-going reporting to Team Lead of findings and process optimization opportunities.
- This role would be accountable for the on-going success of the organization and our writing of profitable insurance business.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum five years of Personal Lines Insurance experience (RIBO certification would be considered a bonus) in any sales, customer service representative/account manager or underwriting position
- Knowledge of company portals and Power Broker would be considered an asset
- Capable and willing to learn reading MVR and Autoplus reports.
- Calm under pressure, self-starting and motivated - ability to deal with multiple priorities.
- Experience in the Canadian P&C insurance industry would be beneficial
- Excellent technology knowledge would be considered an asset
