**What we’re looking for**
**What you'll be doing**
You will be responsible for creating and owning the ecosystem strategy for our emerging product lines. Our data ecosystem is a key component of our long-term growth strategy, and you will work alongside the Principal Product Manager and product analytics team to drive solution iteration and growth that empowers data scientists, analysts, and acquisition teams in the discovery of new and valuable external data sources.
**More precisely, you will**:
- Build key relationships with data acquirers, potential user communities and cross-industry professionals
- Plan, implement and monitor social media campaigns to reach the data community and engage with a broad scope of data acquirers
- Share & promote articles, status updates and video content (v2) on LinkedIn & specific forums
- Actively monitor for any mention of the brand online to engage with potential customers
- Working closely with the product team to leverage user insight to the product's evolution
- Provide monthly reports to communicate trends and recommendations to leadership team and transfer knowledge to the other department
- Provide assistance with data inquiries from external organization
**What you'll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing or any relevant field
- A solid 3+ years of experience as community manager or in a similar role
- People skills - You must be able to communicate effectively (written and spoken) and work closely with development teams that follow Agile principles
- Juggling skills - Experience at managing and balancing multiple priorities in complex environments is a definite asset.
- Detail-oriented - We want you to be organized to a fault, with the ability to readjust quickly
- CMS fluency - Already up and running at updating & managing content/website communications and web campaigns
- Highly motivated - Action-oriented, passionate about contributing to the data economy while learning new things everyday
**What could set you apart**
- Success launching and managing at-scale a social media campaign
- Highly analytical with the ability to structure data to uncover critical insights
- Ability to manage and contribute to key creative aspects of social campaigns (copy, images, design and production management)
- Demonstrate experience with Linkedin’s marketing solutions
- Experience of product delivery within an agile software development environment
- Business knowledge of data distribution solutions
