**Responsabilités**
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de communication en mettant l'accent sur la communication externe et l'engagement du public

- Identifier et évaluer les opportunités de relations publiques, élaborer les principaux messages et préparer les événements médiatiques
- Tenir un registre des demandes des parties prenantes et en assurer le suivi, participer aux réunions des groupes de travail des clients et soutenir les initiatives de préparation aux crises et aux situations d'urgence, le cas échéant
- Planifier et participer à des réunions externes avec les clients et le public
- Communiquer l'état d'avancement du projet dans le format et à la fréquence exigés
- Soutenir la standardisation et l'amélioration des processus

**Exigences**
- Un baccalauréat en communication, en marketing ou dans tout autre domaine connexe
- Un diplôme d'études supérieures en relations publiques, en communication d'entreprise ou en communication marketing est préférable
- De 7 à 10 années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente ; une expérience dans le domaine des grands projets de construction est préférable
- De l’expérience en gestion de projet sera considérée un atout
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français
- D’excellentes compétences en rédaction
- Une capacité avérée à communiquer efficacement avec différentes parties prenantes
- De bonnes aptitudes de recherche, d'analyse et de gestion de projets
- D’excellentes capacités à s’organiser pour gérer des tâches multiples et des échéances concurrentes, en se concentrant sur les détails et la précision, dans un environnement au rythme rapide et sous pression
- Être une personne créative, communicatrice et multitâche ayant une pensée stratégique
- Un souci du détail exceptionnel
**Communications Manager**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute communication initiatives with the focus on external communication and public engagement
- Act as a liaison between the company and the client ensuring positive and productive client relations and the delivery of required information and materials
- Produce/oversee the production of news releases, articles, letters and speech, promotional materials, marketing collateral, and other marketing communication materials including social media
- Identify and evaluate PR opportunities, prepare key messages, and media events
- Record and track stakeholder inquires, attend client working group meetings and support crisis and emergency preparedness initiatives as required
- Plan and attend external meetings with client and public
- Communicate project status in the format and frequency required
- Support standardization and process improvement
- Support and coordinate the development of reports and analysis as required
- Perform other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field
- Post-graduate certificate in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications is preferred
- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Experience on large construction projects is preferred
- Project management experience will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to research, analyze and manage projects
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines, focusing on detail and precision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Creative, strategic thinker, communicator, multi-tasker
- Exceptional attention to detail
