Taiga est une entreprise de technologie et de fabrication de véhicules récréatifs 100 % électriques qui connaît une croissance exceptionnelle à la recherche d'un planificateur de matériel pour se joindre à son équipe basée à Montréal. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les fournisseurs et les planificateurs. Vous serez responsable de la planification et de l'achat des matières premières nécessaires à la production.

**Responsabilités**
- Communiquer et suivre les dates de livraison avec le fournisseur.
- S'assurer que les dates de livraison sont alignées avec les besoins de la production.
- Communiquer avec le coordinateur logistique pour coordonner et optimiser le transport.
- Faire part d'éventuelles pénuries, manques, avec le planificateur pour trouver une solution et mettre en œuvre un plan de reprise.
- Mettre à jour les données des fournisseurs dans l'ERP (délais, sous-contrats, stocks, taille des lots).
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des systèmes MRP / ERP utilisés.
- Analyser les messages du système MRP et passer les commandes en temps voulu.
- Contribuer à la création et au suivi des indicateurs clés de performance des fournisseurs.

- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'approvisionneur,
- Connaissance approfondie des principes d'organisation des achats et de la production
- Expérience dans le MRP (Material and Resource Planning)
- Bonne compréhension de la gestion logistique.
- Maîtrise de MS Office et des systèmes ERP.
- Bonnes compétences en mathématiques et en statistiques
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication Bilingue (français et anglais)

**Description**

Taiga is a rapidly scaling 100% electric recreational and utility vehicles technology and manufacturing company looking for a Material Planner to join its team based in Montreal. You will be collaborating closely with Supply Chain team, Suppliers and the Schedulers. You will be responsible for the planning and purchasing of raw material supporting production.

**Responsibilities**
- Report and follow the delivery dates with the supplier.
- Make sure that the delivery dates are aligned with production requirement.
- Communicate with Logistic Coordinator to coordinate and optimize transport.
- Exchange on possible shortage with Scheduler to found solution and implement recovery plan
- Update supplier data in the ERP (Lead Time, sub contract, inventory, lot size)
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of required MRP / ERP systems
- Analyze messages from and MRP system and place orders in a timely manner
- Help to create and follow KPI for supplier performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a buyer planner,
- In-depth knowledge of procurement and production organization principles
- Experience in MRP (Material and Resource Planning)
- Good understanding of logistic management Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Good math and statistics skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills Bilingual (French & English)
