**Position Overview**:
The **Business Development Associate **will be responsible for growing new business and maintaining/developing partnerships within the **Property Management Industry**. The role requires strategic planning and execution to understand the clients’ unique business needs, challenges and opportunities in which Omega Superior Maintenance Inc. can provide strong value add solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Territory: Greater Toronto Area
- Start and grow the Omega brand in the industry using referral-based, relationship-oriented business development
- Maintain impeccable conduct and appearance while representing the Omega brand
- Maintain a positive attitude and a “there is always a way” mentality
- Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
- Proactively schedule business development meetings through cold calling
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at established intervals
- Closely manage client database, funnels, pipelines, and continue to expand managed accounts
- Participate in business development meetings at established intervals to gain valuable feedback
- Maintain and report on business development forecasts and pipelines at the established interval
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Contribute to continuous team improvements and business performance
- Strategize and execute new lead generation activities
- Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- 5 or more years of Business Development experience within the industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be goal oriented and driven to exceed expectations
- Self-starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to build rapport with clientele
- Ability to identify account growth opportunities
- Ability to attend conferences, networking events (evenings), trade shows as required
- Valid G Driver’s License

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
