**About Us**
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a motivated **Account Manager** to join our sales team. As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and contact potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and follow plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand client challenges and objectives to recommend suitable AOS products and services.
- **Account Growth**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
- **Pipeline Management**: Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and activities, keeping the sales pipeline current.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to advise clients effectively.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasting, pipeline ratios, client feedback, and account status to management.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office technology, managed services, or related fields.
- **Skills**: Strong consultative selling skills, effective communication, and the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a supportive team culture.
