- Perform restoration work on existing structures to maintain their aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding project details and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects.

**Skills**
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics to accurately assess project requirements.
- Experience in restoration work that requires attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with rigging practices for safe handling of materials at heights or in challenging environments.
- Competence in carpentry skills that complement painting tasks, such as trim work or drywall repair.
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality.
