**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Operations Manager** to lead our window cleaning and pressure washing teams. This role involves a combination of **sales**, **team management**, and **customer service**. You will be responsible for rebooking and retaining customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving sales through upselling. Additionally, you’ll oversee and mentor a team of door-to-door salesmen while performing direct sales yourself.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Rebook and retain customers** by ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- **Request and manage reviews** to build our reputation and encourage repeat business.
- **Upsell** services to existing customers and introduce them to new offerings (e.g., screen cleaning, pressure washing).
- **Manage a team of door-to-door salesmen**, providing leadership and support, and assist with D2D sales when necessary.
- **Schedule jobs** for the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
- **Handle customer complaints** quickly and professionally, ensuring the issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain high **communication standards**, both internally with the team and externally with customers.
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating excellent **customer service**, **salesmanship**, and **teamwork**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven **leadership** experience, with a track record in **sales** and **customer service**.
- Ability to **climb ladders** and **lift 60 lbs overhead**.
- Strong **problem-solving** skills, **self-motivated** work ethic, and the ability to thrive in an outdoor, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent **communication** skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a **home service-based industry** (e.g., window cleaning, pressure washing, or similar) is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Revenue Sharing Model**: 13% of revenue, with an estimated hourly rate of $32-$38 per hour based on performance.
- **17% Commission** on all booked jobs.
- **Sales Bonus** for exceeding sales targets.
- **Paid gas** for job-related travel.

**Hours**:

- March 17th - April 11th_ : 5 - 10 hours per week
- April 14th - April 25th_: 15 - 25 hours per week
- April 28th - June 27th_: 30 - 40 hours per week
- June 30th - August 29th_: 10 - 25 hours per week
- September 1st - October 31st_: 10 - 25 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Additional pay:
