**Overview**
As the **Social Media & Influencer Manager**, you will be responsible for managing **5+ social media accounts** across various platforms. This role requires a creative yet analytical thinker who can strategize, execute, and optimize content while managing community engagement and influencer partnerships. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all social media efforts align with the company’s overall business goals.

**Duties**

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and **execute comprehensive social media strategies** to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Manage **6+ social media accounts**, including content planning, filming, editing, posting, and scheduling.
- **Monitor social media trends** and stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.
- **Analyze performance metrics** and adjust strategies to improve audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand messaging and campaigns.

**Community Management**
- Actively engage with followers by **responding to DMs and comments** in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for **customer feedback, trends, and engagement opportunities**.
- Foster strong online communities to build brand loyalty and advocacy.

**Influencer Marketing**
- **Identify, vet, and reach out** to potential influencer partners who align with brand values.
- Negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations, including product seeding, campaign deliverables, and deadlines.
- Track influencer performance and measure ROI to optimize future partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

**On-Site Filming & Travel**
- **Travel to client locations** to film high-quality video and photo content for campaigns and social media posts.
- Capture authentic, engaging behind-the-scenes moments to showcase services, products, and brand experiences.
- Manage **5+ social media accounts**, including content planning, filming, editing, posting, and scheduling.
- **Monitor social media trends** and stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.
- **Analyze performance metrics** and adjust strategies to improve ROI and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand messaging and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the **beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry**.
- Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts and grow audiences organically.
- Strong **content creation skills**: filming, editing (Reels/TikTok), and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Ability to **analyze data and translate insights** into actionable strategies.
- Comfortable traveling for content shoots and client visits.
- Proficient in tools such as **Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and CapCut**

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
