- Lead guided tours for groups of varying sizes, providing insightful commentary and engaging storytelling.
- Educate guests about the historical, cultural, and social significance of each site visited.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants throughout the tour.
- Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour itineraries while allowing for guest interaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback from guests.
- Utilize public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences.
- Adapt tours to accommodate multilingual guests when necessary, showcasing bilingual capabilities if applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience and improve tour offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Class 4 License
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire groups.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tours.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in public speaking or presenting in front of audiences is highly desirable.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing the experience for diverse groups.
- A passion for education and sharing knowledge about local history and culture is essential.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 - 12 per week
