Do you want to work in one of the best restaurants in the city? Are you looking for a successful restaurant that is passionate about food and customer service? You have found us, and we are hiring for our Day Prep Kitchen.

Successful applicants will have a passion for food and customer service, have a strong work ethic and understand how to function in a fast paced environment. Applicants must also have excellent communication skills, excellent personal grooming, and a strong understanding of cooking techniques across prep stations, strong knife skills.

Successful applicants will also clearly understand how to create pars using the sales mix, how to calculate food cost. It is also very important that you have a firm grasp on how Labour works on a shift by shift basis.

Compensation starts as stated, and will be expected to jump up based on performance and ability in the first weeks of employment. A strong benefits package is available also.
