**Server**

We are currently seeking a server to join our team. This position will offer a flexible schedule and a host of benefits including a amazing work environment. Weekend availability is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide all guests of the restaurant with friendly and consistent food & beverage service
- Motivate and engage team members to deliver the best possible service to guests at all times.
- Actively lead by example and maintain a supportive, positive and engaging experience
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years serving experience in a similar environment.
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques as they relate to pub service, specifically in a five-star environment.
- Highly organized, goal and results oriented with ability to execute plans and manage change effectively.
- Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour
