We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our busy salon.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and salon environment.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and process payments accurately.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory tracking, and light social media assistance.
  • Keep track of client preferences and assist in creating a smooth, personalized experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a salon receptionist, front desk, or admin assistant role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and salon booking software (training available).
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Experience with product knowledge, product sales and upselling skills preferred.
