**Yorkton Vape SuperStore** **154 Broadway St** **Yorkton, SK** **Job Description for Part-Time Sales Associates-Immediate Hire** **Hours of Work: 30 hours/week with every second weekend off.** **Hours of Operation: Full days are 10am-9pm shifts & Sundays Noon-9pm** This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or an individual seeking a part-time position of 25-30 hrs/week that has a huge variety of responsibilities so you will never be bored This position requires a person with vaping experience with a higher wage for someone coming fron a vape store. We offer above average compensation. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**: - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Greeting and engaging customers while educating them on products and features - Requires a good understanding of vaping industry with a strong focus on learning and remembering large inventory selections. We have a huge inventory for this role to learn and understand. - Close sales on products, e-juices and accessories - Maintain organized displays, stock with inventory, receiving product and periodic inventory counts. - Maintain a clean and orderly work environment - Responsible for unloading orders and restocking shelves, - Responsible for Opening/Closing procedures for the store if your shift is during those times. - Handle & safeguard cash/inventory - Customer resolution skills - Keep updated and educated on the reviews/comments/concerns expressed on line about any Brand/Product our location carries in order to address those comments from customers. This action item is to be done during "quieter" periods in the store and is considered to be a key part of this position. - **Mandatory Skills Required**: - Previous experience in a retail store with direct customer sales role. - Professional attitude towards customer service with a proven track record working in retail, hospitality or other service industries - Mathematical aptitude and computer skills are mandatory - A good understanding of vaping. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week Shift: - 8 hour shift - Day shift Work days: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
