The role of: Sales Associate

Currently Hiring for: Just Cozy Dimond Center Anchorage

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. We are looking for a team of individuals to sell and promote Just Cozy merchandise through execution of the “Spirited Service” standards. Assist store management in completing the sales generation and operational functions of the store.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- An energetic and friendly team player with a positive mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- 1 year of sales associate experience in a retail environment

Just Cozy is a seasonal retailer and as such this position is from August 2024 to March 2025

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
