**Service Writer/Advisor duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Prepare and present quotes and estimates to customers to obtain approval for the required work.
- Source parts from various suppliers required for repairs.
- Schedule appointments and balance work loads on the shop floor.
- Communicate consistently with Technicians to obtain information on customer repair status.
- Provide follow up to customers on repair status of their vehicle(s) during the service experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
- Always maintain professionalism and represent company in a positive manner.
- Follow all processes and procedures as established by the Rhino management team.
- Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Attend and participate in training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Rhino management team.

**What you bring**:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous Service Writer/Advisor experience preferred.
- Experience in the Heavy Duty/Commercial sector considered an asset.
- Effective time management and the ability to multitask.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Proficiency using computers and learning new programs.
- Schedule flexibility.

**Work Conditions**:

- Extended periods of standing.
- Interaction with customers employees and management.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on the shop floor.
