We are looking for a full time construction laborer to support our construction manager in various renovation projects, such as kitchen and bathroom renovations etc. We are looking for a motivated person who has a good understanding of the construction industry with 6+ months experience. All indoor working conditions.

Qualifications:

- Ability to handle physical workload
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Hand and power tool experience
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Valid driver's license and owns a vehicle
- Punctual and reliable
- Communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Demolition
- Laying of floor protection
- Daily clean up and sweeping
- Framing
- Drywall boarding, taping mudding and sanding
- Tile work
- Painting

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
