**Job Summary**

We are looking for someone to cover Mondays and Wednesdays 3-7 and every Saturday 9-3.

**Duties**
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Jane app
- Perform data entry with accuracy into various databases
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure organized records
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the office
- Provide excellent customer support through effective phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Administrative experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
