**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including data entry and filing of documents.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi for efficient management of tenant information and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance services and other property-related needs.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management practices.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Strong office experience with administrative skills to support daily operations.
- Excellent sales abilities to promote properties effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and tenant agreements.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools for tracking interactions with tenants.
- Competence in data entry and filing systems for maintaining organized records.
- Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
