**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Customer Service**:
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing high-quality customer service on the sales floor

Increase the frequency of guest visits and sales

Ensure customer service standards are delivered to each customer

Constantly update knowledge of product offerings

**Operations**:
Schedule staff and ensure proper staff planning

Delegate and communicate appropriate responsibilities & tasks to team members

Provide coaching and direction as needed

Oversee upkeep of sales floor and ensure visual standards are presented according to company expectations

Oversee processing of inventory

Oversee e-commerce and social media processes

Execute safety and security routines to prevent loss, protect company premises, and guarantee employee/customer safety

Perform cash office operational functions

Manage supplies to ensure timely reordering

**Commerciality**:
Take action to obtain highest level of profitability for the store

Ensure stock levels are appropriate

Identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvements, and be able to provide weekly and/or monthly reports as needed

**COMPETENCIES**

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Proven organizational skills

High sense of urgency and a drive to succeed

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions that are aligned with the company vision

Strong merchandising skills

Fundamental technical skills an asset

**MINIMUM CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**

High School graduate or equivalent

Preferably 2+ years of retail management experience

**Job Types**: Part-time OR Full-time flexible working arrangement; contract to start with potential to extend

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
